I’m only getting back to you now because my package never arrived.
FedEx, the company handling the delivery in my country, claimed to have dropped it off at a pickup point, but the pickup point never received it. In the end, the package has simply vanished or was stolen...
My order number was 10770 (under the name Aurélie, if I’m not mistaken)—worth nearly 200 euros.
I am angry and disappointed; I’ve tried calling everywhere, and—as you’d expect—it’s very difficult to actually get someone on the phone.
I was really looking forward to the beads and keychains.

Sorry for my late reply. I just checked the order is 10770. We use fast shipping which is Fedex as you spend nearly $200, thank you for your trust and support by the way.
We have been trying to get in touch with you many times since July 14th, the problem is FedEx were not able to deliver the package to you due to wrong/abnormal address was given. After verified with express company, we confirm that the package for 10770 is now delivered to you. According to FedEx, they were able to communicate with you for the accurate address now.
