Loved watching the videos of the orders
Hi there, we’re so glad you loved watching the order-packing videos! Thanks for taking the time to share your kind words.
As much as it saddens me, I unfortunately have to take off another star because it wasn’t always possible to clearly see how many surprise balls were actually being drawn.
I absolutely don’t want to suggest that anything was done incorrectly or unfairly. That’s not my intention at all.
But a big part of the fun is being able to follow along and share in the excitement! You find yourself thinking, “Oh, there are still three balls left! Maybe there’s something really special coming!”
That’s exactly what makes the experience so exciting and magical. Unfortunately, when you can’t clearly see the entire process, some of that wonderful suspense and surprise gets lost.
I think that’s such a shame, because the anticipation and excitement are what make these surprise bags so special! ❤️
Hi Baerbel, thank you for your feedback. I understand the feeling of seeing the balls that are not opened yet is exciting. However, the bag balls' size are quite big, that's why I didn't show everything the same as the mini capsule games. I think I will try more times while I am not filming and see if I can find a better way to show them before I can make a change. Thank you for the feedback. In the future, I appreciate if you could still give me 5 stars and feedback at the same time, or you can just email our customer service at sophie.crystal.choice@outlook.com. I actually read all comments no matter how many stars. For all the videos before your order, I do it the same way as your review, I don't know if you see them before you make the video order.... it's not like I do it personally for your order to make you not see what's left, so to be honest, I don't understand you giving me 2 of 4 stars review in a row. However, I appreciate you giving me your feedback that helps me improve and think more for customers.
