Da es nicht zu mir nach deutschland geliefert werden kann, kann ich es nicht richtig bewerten ausser das ich darüber traurig bin aber dafür kann SLCrystal nichts
Hi dear, the translation says that 'Since it can not be delivered to me to Germany, I can not evaluate it correctly except that I am sad about it but SLCrystal can not do anything about it'
Is this wrong translation? Should I be worried that the package didn't get to you? If there is any issue, please no hesitate to email us at sophie.crystal.choice@outlook.com

Hi SLcrystal,
I’m only getting back to you now because my package never arrived.
FedEx, the company handling the delivery in my country, claimed to have dropped it off at a pickup point, but the pickup point never received it. In the end, the package has simply vanished or was stolen...
My order number was 10770 (under the name Aurélie, if I’m not mistaken)—worth nearly 200 euros.
I am angry and disappointed; I’ve tried calling everywhere, and—as you’d expect—it’s very difficult to actually get someone on the phone.
I was really looking forward to the beads and keychains.
Have a wonderful day,
Aurélie

Hi Aurélie,
Sorry for my late reply. I just checked the order is 10770. We use fast shipping which is Fedex as you spend nearly $200, thank you for your trust and support by the way.
We have been trying to get in touch with you many times since July 14th, the problem is FedEx were not able to deliver the package to you due to wrong/abnormal address was given. However, multi emails were sent and can't hear back from you, would you kindly check the mailbox record? Our email address is Sophie.Crystal.Choice@outlook.com
After verified with express company, we confirm that the package for 10770 is now delivered to you. According to FedEx, they were able to communicate with you for the accurate address now.
I am happy that the order is successfully delivered, and I am grateful that you still give us 3 stars even though when you write this review, you assume the order is not getting to you. I appreciate your kindness, would you kindly check your mailbox and see if all our contact emails go to junk box? Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any doubts or issues with your order. Again, email for customer service is Sophie.Crystal.Choice@outlook.com
