I have to take off one star because I received too many of the same bag styles, just in different colors\. To be honest, that was a little disappointing\. I would have loved to see more variety in the bags\.

Another thing I would like to mention is the beads\. Not everyone has a use for them, and some customers simply aren’t interested in them\.

It would be really nice if you could add an option at checkout where customers can choose whether they want beads or would prefer mini bags instead\. A simple checkbox would be perfect\!

I also received two mini bags that can’t even be opened\. They are just decorative bags, which was disappointing because I was expecting actual mini bags that could be opened and used\.

Other than that, I really enjoyed the surprise bags\. I just wanted to share my honest feedback because I think these small changes would make the experience even better\! ❤️

Hi Bärbel, thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the surprise bags, and we’re sorry that there are repeated styles in your order, most times the bags are all different, there are very small chance to get repeat ones, but this is a game with random. The beads and mini bags they are free gift added to order. I will start considering other kinds of gifts after your suggestion, there is a box that you can leave a note for when you order, I think it's there for all website on shopify, you can email us if you need more instructions. Thank you.
